As a professional dancer in New York City, Bette trained under such legendary figures as Martha Graham, Jack LaLanne, and Luigi. Her passion for movement and wellness grew further during her studies with Ron Fletcher on Rodeo Drive in Los Angeles, where she refined her unique approach to fitness. As a model in New York City, she ​
honed her eye for style and wardrobe under the guidance of icons like Ted Lapidus, Irving Schechter Furs, and Model Management. Later, as an executive with Mary Kay, her sales achievements consistently placed her among the top two percent in the nation.
Bette has guided corporate teams and individuals alike, with clients including Morgan Stanley, Family Fitness Centers, Flour Mining and Metals, Crown Zellerbach, The Diet Center, and Nutri Systems Weight Loss Centers. Her career on stage and runway, combined with her work as a model, consultant, and pageant judge, has established her as a trusted authority in the image industry.​
